Two Way is the default double-entry. It moves money between two accounts: one account is debited and another is credited for the same amount. One Way affects a single account only (either a credit or a debit) and is useful for adjustments, opening balances, bank charges, cash deposits/withdrawals, or simple receipts/payments that don’t require a paired entry.

Open the Transactions tab. For Two Way, select both the debit and the received-in accounts. For One Way, choose Credit (adds to account) or Debit (reduces account) and select one account. Optionally set Commission Account and Remarks, then Submit.

They categorize the transaction: MT (Money Transfer), R (Recharge), T (Ticket), PS (Product Sale), PP (Product Purchase), L (Loan), B (Borrow). Choose the one that best describes the activity to keep reports meaningful.

Enter the commission amount and select a Commission Account. The system posts a separate credit line to that account alongside your main transaction lines.

Use the filters and the search box in Transactions. You can filter by date range and search by Type, Amount, Accounts, Reference, User, or Remarks. Filters persist per tab.

Open the Reports tab. Day Summary shows opening, total debits/credits, and closing for each account on a date. Ledger shows detailed lines for an account over a date range.

Only admins can create/edit users and accounts. Regular users can record transactions and view reports permitted by their role.

Admins can set allowed login time windows. Outside these windows, sign-in is blocked for that user.

Use the top-right session menu → Password, then follow the instructions. If you forgot your password, use Forgot Password on the login screen.
